As the containers travel thousands of miles, there are various variables, and uninterrupted flow maintenance of the cargo containers is crucial. Very seldom are minor damages overlooked, and they convert into major damages.
Before receipt of a container, all containers are checked for possible damages. In case of necessary container repair, the shipping line is informed about the extent of damage, photos, and cost estimate within 24 hours. Once approved, we provide container maintenance and repair services in a covered repair workshop based on international standards and owners’ guidance.
We are equipped with a small repair facility within the CFS for minor damages. For all major damages, we provide services through outside contracted vendors.
Our yards are equipped with sufficient Reach Stackers with stacking designs up to 5 high & our depots could hold up to 2200 TEUs at any one time. The maintenance of the equipment’s carried out in a dedicated workshop

We have 135 plug points for reefer containers & pre-trip preparations.
Washing, container maintenance & repairs are carried out by skillful personnel to ensure good care & usability of the containers.
We have certified surveyors to ensure all containers are gated-in and gated-out of our facility in safe and sound condition.
