Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. has chosen Dadri for its ICD after a very thorough analysis and study of critical factors like catchment area of 35% of TKD traffic from townships in the vicinity of Dadri, cargo origin and destination, rail linkage, road linkage and port connectivity.
An excellent rail linkage to ICD-Dadri is possible through Dadri railway station on the aerial freight corridor of the Delhi-Howrah rail route which forms a part of the Golden Quadrilateral of the Railways.
The CFS is also well linked to various National Highways (NH) like NH24, NH58, NH91 an NH1. Once the proposed Eastern Peripheral expressway becomes reality, the ICD will have excellent connectivity with NH2 and NH71.The most important aspect being that the ICD is well connected by rail with various ports, and offers daily services to Nhava Sheva/ JNPT, and alternate day services to the Ports of Pipavav and Mundra. Additionally there is a weekly block train movement between Dadri and Mundra provided by CMA CGM Agencies India Pvt. Ltd. and efforts are on to augment with another weekly block train in days to come.
